HAP-E Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Sheetsmith, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is also the Merchant of Record for your purchase. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team via the support link in the app and we will help you raise the request.
Cancellation
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months outside the 30-day refund window.
What is not refundable
- Requests received more than 30 days after the original order date.
- Renewal payments where the renewal was not cancelled before it was billed (you can still request a refund on those within 30 days of the renewal charge).
